Saury Illini, the name of the ancient Thunderbird (scientific name: Illinosaur - a rare fire breathing breed of Pterosaur), once thought to have been killed by Chief Ouatoga and his Illini warriors, was recently spotted flying over the University of Illinois campus in Urbana/Champain Illinois.
Yes, its true. I am Saury Illini, the Piasa Thunderbird - Risen from the rubble of my cave in the cliff bluffs of the Mississippi River. Thanks to the departure of Chief Illiniwek, the last in a long line of guardians protecting the people of the Midwest (known as the Big 10) from my rath.
